    "content": "It is not only about increasing the estimates because some of the items are being reduced. So, this is basically a rearrangement of the budget to reflect the current reality. I do not want to go through the Motion because the Committee did its work and took us through the Report. Looking between the Report and the Bill, I just want to highlight some three issues which I am sure the Chair would want to bring for correction before we finalise on the Bill during the Committee Stage. The first is on Page 1372 of the Bill under Vote R1081. If you add up the numbers there it becomes very clear that under 0401000P.1, Preventive, Promotive and RMNCAH it should be negative; it is a deficiency and not surplus. So, that needs to be corrected."
