    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want Hon. Bowen to listen to me. Order No.14 is about the National Urban Development Policy which is a very important Sessional Paper No.6. I will be very happy if we dealt with this matter when we resume. The relevant committee of Parliament will be in place to interrogate this Sessional Paper. It is such an important document that it cannot just be dealt with. Hon. Bowen should know that, at least, the position of the Leader of the Majority Party of the National Assembly is anchored in the Constitution under Article 108."
