    "content": "(1) Explain the circumstances that led to the shooting of livestock at the Maran Dam water point in Ratia Area of Elmoran Division, Laikipia North Sub-County by the rapid deployment personnel who were undertaking security operation in the area (2) Table the list of the affected livestock owners, indicating the exact number of animals shot and the number that died. (3) Confirm whether the security officers detained, confiscated and deleted pictures/video clips taken by the media during the operation? If so, give reasons why. (4) Explain the measures the government is taking to compensate the affected owners of livestock in order to alleviate the suffering of the affected families, given that livestock is their main source of livelihood. (5) Explain what the government is doing to ensure that the perpetrators of this cruel act are prosecuted. (6) State why the Government has not developed a policy framework to address the following challenges of conflict and to ensure peaceful coexistence between ranches and non-pastoralists on one hand and pastoralists on the other hand; considering that conflict between pastoralist and their non-pastoralist neighbours over grazing and water has been a long standing and persistent problem in all pastoralist areas in Kenya."
