There is a Statement that was supposed to be issued by the Leader of Majority on the alleged delay in the disbursement of funds to county governments. Our tradition has been that the Member should be here. However, when a question or a statement has been given, it becomes the property of the House. So, the Member does not necessarily have to be here. The Leader of Majority has given us a hint that it will not be of any benefit if it goes beyond today. For that reason, I would like to allow the Leader of Majority to make that Statement for the benefit of the Members who are here. STATUS OF DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS TO COUNTY GOVERNMENTS FOR THE FY 2017/2018"
