"content": "will find that there are no sewerage systems even in big estates. It will not be a surprise to find pit latrines in estates such as Karen and Lavington because there are no sewerage systems. I call upon the Government to ensure that this is done. That is why I thank Sen. Kihika for bringing this Motion because it is important. There is no need of resisting an issue that is obviously useful to Kenyans in big towns like Kisumu, Nairobi and Mombasa. The towns that were perceived small are no longer small because people develop them every day because of the availability of resources, courtesy of devolution. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, we should be having such Motions. I thank you and beg to support."
