I will be brief. Instead of the 60 minutes that I have been allocated, I will use three minutes so that all of us can speak on this and allow the Committee to prepare for the Bill. I am requesting this so that all of us can move forward a little bit faster. Therefore, I beg to move the Motion in an amended form.
