    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I represent North Horr, the largest constituency in the Republic of Kenya in this House. Under the Economic Stimulus Package (ESP), the Ministry of Education was to put up centres of excellence in all the 210 constituencies in Kenya. Most of these schools are now almost complete. I want to know the plans the Ministry has to ensure that these new schools are facilitated to enrol form one students next year."
