But in terms of the Motion it covers that; it can even be this afternoon. I am certain that when the Committee goes to consult, we should be able to complete this tomorrow. That is why the terms of the motion say: “and reports to the Senate on or before Thursday, November 16, 2017.” It does not say that it should be on Thursday, November 16, 2017. It can be even this evening."
