We should have flexibilities and if the committee finds that there are certain errors that must be addressed, they will not be under constraint to come back tomorrow. If they find that the amendments are correct, they must come back tomorrow. So, the urgency in terms of concluding it is upon ourselves to act expeditiously but we cannot close it. This drafting by the legal team of this Senate was well done to accommodate 24 hours and also accommodate a situation if it cannot be done in 24 hours. We cannot close ourselves to 24 hours when we cannot imagine what the committee will come up with."
