Most of the works being undertaken by the Chinese contractors are heavily mechanized and we know that the biggest problem in this country is youth and unemployment. What steps has the Ministry taken in liaison with the relevant Ministries where the Chinese contractors are most engaged like roads and public works to ensure an optimal balance between man and machine so that we can have most of our unemployed youths engaged on these projects?"
