    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.34 where I am seeking for the Senate to adjourn today’s session with a view of discussing the urgent matter that is currently obtaining in our county assemblies where I feel they are discussing matters outside their roles as provided for under the law. Maybe to explain further, we have seen the National Super Alliance (NASA) Coalition going to various county assemblies, moving them to discuss matters which are not under county functions. We have a schedule that is clearly set out in the law which clearly details the roles of a county assembly."
