Ordinarily, we do not debate such issues when they are raised. However, the law enjoins us to raise matters of competence and relevance when matters come to the floor. If we will entertain any objections then you can allow us to move the Chair to disallow the request on grounds of incompetence and a violation of our Standing Orders."
