    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order pursuant to Standing Order No. 91. It states: “A Senator who has used exceptionable words and declines to explain or retract the words or to offer apologies for the use of the words to the satisfaction of the Speaker, shall be deemed to be disorderly and shall be dealt with in accordance with the rules pertaining to disorderly conduct.” Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is quite unfortunate that yesterday the Senate Minority Leader confirmed proudly that he is the Senate Minority Leader of this House. Indeed, we appreciated that you received a letter giving him the status of the Senate Minority Leader in this House. If he is wasting our time by bringing issues regarding other leaders who are not here to defend themselves, then I request that you rule that he is disorderly."
