I hope that when you will be moving, you will guide the Senators so that they understand that we are not doing anything different. It is the same thing; we are just correcting some errors. So, I would request us to shorten debate, so that we can vote. If we talk and not vote, we will have failed this country. I will be strict on time. Both sides of the House will agree with me that we need to push this through. I will shorten your time to five minutes, three minutes for the seconder and two minutes to whoever will contribute."
