    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me a chance also to support this Bill. From the onset, I want to congratulate those Members who have been nominated to sit and look into the amendments. I also want to urge them to really look at the amendment carefully and make sure that they come up with something that can help our counties. I only want to raise a concern that as we allocate these monies to the counties for the purpose of acquiring equipment for our health centres and health facilities in our counties, we should make sure that they do not only have the equipment but also the human resource to attend to our people. There is an outcry from patients who go to our hospitals and miss medical staff to attend to them. These patients also lack medicine. Therefore, as Members of this House, we should make sure that we follow up and see that whatever funds allocated to our counties are well utilised according to the allocations they have been given. Thank you."
