The former Vice-Chair of the Committee on Implementation in the last Parliament is telling us that Motions really assisted us in the last Parliament but I am afraid that nothing has happened to many Motions. Is he in order to mislead the House by saying that many Motions have assisted and yet nothing happened to Motions in the last Parliament?"
