Deputy Speaker for giving me a chance to contribute to this Motion on the Approval of the Appointment of Members to the Parliamentary Pensions Management Committee which is very important. First, before I make my contribution, let me thank the people of Emuhaya for having elected me to come and serve them. Emuhaya is a constituency that has a good history in this House. It gave you Speaker Marende and later on brother Ottichilo who also rose to become one of the best MPs in terms of management of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). Now, I am here and I will also be looking around to see what best I can get out of the House."
