    "content": "I support this Motion of approving three Members to the Parliamentary Pensions Management Committee. I know what it takes to lose in an election. I have also seen Members of this House from Turkana County who have lost elections die. It is not because they got old or because they lacked employment, but because of frustrations and lack of a pension scheme that would have enabled them to cope with situations out there.
