When he recruits officers, do they only undergo a physical examination, or are they also subjected to psychiatric evaluation? These are people who handle guns and we wonder what is happening right now, because this incident is not isolated. How many psychiatrists do you have and how can you assure this country that you will undertake the psychiatric evaluation within your force, so that we do not have a recurrence of this incident?"
