"content": "Hon. Speaker, I would like to take this opportunity to convey my heartfelt sorrow and message of sympathy and comfort. The cruel hand of death has robbed us of His Excellency the Governor of Nyeri. In fact, we were very shocked because we were together in Eldoret Town with Governor Mandago, and all Members of Parliament from Eldoret, campaigning for His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya. It is my singular honour to convey the heartfelt sorrow of my constituency, and that of the people of Uasin Gishu County."
