Of course, if it was in the 10th Parliament and backwards, Member for Ainabkoi, you would have been out of order because you would not have been in a capacity to make an invitation to anybody. In those days, you would have been a Backbencher. However, since we are in a different dispensation, you are at liberty to make the invitation. Hon.
