"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to pass my heartfelt condolences to the family of our departed governor. It has been a heart-wrenching morning for those of us who have been working with him. The news of his demise has shaken us to the core. I appeal to all hon. Members to pray for his family so that they may find strength in the Grace of God as they move through this dark period of time. Let us also pray for Nyeri County so that God may hold our hands and guide us. Let us be still and know that there is God. It is well.
