His vision and commitment to work was exemplary. As a defender of the public service, I took him to the Diaspora in 2007 to speak to Kenyans to try and get some of them to come back. He was the biggest defender of the Kenyan public service. He convinced them why their brains would be better used in Kenya than in the United States of America (USA). He used himself as an example. He told them to see what he was doing for his country. He requested many more of them to join him."
