    "content": "The Constitution of Kenya sets out a commitment to ecological sustainable development. Sessional Paper No.10 of 2012 on Kenya Vision 2030 establishes the goal of Kenya becoming a middle income country in order to provide high quality life for all its citizens by the year 2020. Climate change poses a significant challenge to these sustainable development goals.
