    "content": "I particularly want to draw our attention to the fact that when we were young, in my constituency of Funyula, we had predictable weather patterns. Of late, crop failure as a result of lack of rain has become a recurrent issue every year. Of course, as a community we want to commend the youths who have taken it up upon themselves to plant trees in order to avoid the rapid rate of deforestation. I believe we need to address the issues at hand and I sincerely wish the Ministry will liaise with the county governments since most of the environmental issues fall within the purview of the county governments so that this policy is implemented."
