First of all I want to thank all my colleagues for the import they have given to this Sessional Paper No.5 of 2016 on National Climate Change Framework Policy. It is obvious that climate change has been a problem the world over, in many conferences people have sat down to discuss issues and the Kenya Government has decided to put in a policy so that we can encompass all the issues that have been raised not only locally but also internationally.
