As far as we are concerned, they could be owned by a Somali from Isiolo, a Samburu, an indigenous Laikipia or a Kikuyu. The question that I have raised on this Floor is: Why kill livestock by the bullet? Were these cows armed? The Member is trying to bring sideshows and justify possibly who has been giving orders to the security agents."
