    "content": "Hon. Speaker, without saying anything about my colleague, this Motion, to my knowledge, has not been discussed by the House Business Committee (HBC), it has not been balloted. I know of only two Motions which were discussed yesterday. One was by Hon. Omar of Mandera East and the other one was by Hon. Chepkut who you have just called and he is away unless there is another HBC that I am not aware of."
