    "content": "Like any other Motion, there will be need for the House to resolve to approve. I am saying this because I can see Members walking in and out casually. If you walk until you are less than 50, when the House adjourns and there will be no resolution, you can then only blame yourselves. It is in the best interest of those Members who represent single member constituencies to stay put, even if they are in whatever frame of mind, including those of you who may be in some resistance of sorts. If you represent a single member constituency and the list of your constituents who are supposed to be approved is here, you will be shooting yourself in the foot in the event that the list from your constituency is not approved. As you take advice from wherever, and I know there are many wise people who advise you, remember this is about yourself. If the names from your constituency are not approved, do not come back crying that you were doing some other things in the village, or you were in Jeevanjee Gardens, or some other such like places. Please, this is why you were elected. If you come from the 290 single member constituencies, it is in your best interest to ensure that... If you know the names of your constituents to be approved are in this list and in the additional one which I have approved, then it is only fair that you pay attention."
