    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker Sir, while I thank the Assistant Minister, I am worried that very many Kenyans who have invested heavily in Southern Sudan are complaining of discrimination and harassment by security personnel. If you consider the way countries protect their people when they are in foreign countries, I would like to seek a clarification on what mechanism the Kenyan Government has put in place to make sure that all Kenyans who are working in Southern Sudan are safe and free to transact their business."
