    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the Nominees to the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 4th November, 2010. The Committee brings this Report in exercise of its mandate as set out in Standing Order No.198(3), which includes overseeing all matters relating to political parties as well as the Ministry of Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs, the State Law Office, the Judiciary, the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, the Interim Independent Electoral Commission, and the Interim Independent Boundaries Review Commission. Its mandate also touches on constitutional affairs, administration of law and order, public prosecution, selections, integrity and anti- corruption.
