    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am sure before NG-CDF and now after the introduction of NG-CDF, there is a difference for people to see. All primary schools and secondary schools built in this country have been built using resources from the Fund. There are many students who have completed their education in schools and colleges because they accessed bursary funds from the NG-CDF. I give testimony as a Member of Parliament who has seen what NG-CDF has done. Every year, a Member of Parliament gives over Kshs20 million to students as bursaries. It has brought equity in our constituencies."
