    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for extending my time. Taita Taveta County is one of the richest counties in terms of minerals but it has become a curse to the people. This is as a result of lack of proper policies such as the one we are adopting today. I am 100 per cent convinced that moving forward with this policy if it is implemented to the fullest, we will realise the fruits of our people. With that, I wish to support this Motion."
