Let them come to the relevant Committee and present their scientific research that they have done on the drug. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I, therefore, want to urge you to ignore the requests made by the Senate Minority Leader and Sen. Cheruiyot, that we dismiss this Petition at this stage. They say that we do not want to waste precious time of this House to discuss something that is illegal. It is this House that makes laws, so if it is illegal and it reaches a stage that the House thinks that it should be legal, this is the right place to initiate the move. I support that the Petition be referred to the relevant Committee."
