Pursuant to Standing Order No. 226(1) the Petition should be committed to the relevant Standing Committee for consideration, in this case, the Committee on Education, Communication and Technology. I direct that once the committees are constituted, the Petition be committed to the said Committee. In terms of Standing Order No. 226(2), the Committee is required in not more than 60 days from the time of reading the prayer to respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate. The period of 60 days will start running from the date of the constitution of the Committee. I thank you. Next Order!"
