As one of my colleague here said, one of the biggest problems we had is tracing these nomadic children in order to administer examinations to them in a country where we are saying that education and life is a right. Yet here we are, telling them that we can only bring development to the economic corridors where there is hope for success and survival for a few individuals. I am not angry with anybody; I am angry with the situation that we are presented with here. It is within our right and our capacity to handle this situation and declare these regions free of this scourge of begging for help every time. They do not have to beg; they are Kenyans who are entitled to it and they should be able to get it at the right time and in a timely fashion. I thank you for the attention."
