    "content": "the question of strengthening the role of the Senate and enabling the Senators to perform their constitutional roles. The question of the Oversight Fund is very critical. I am inviting my colleagues on the Minority Side to sit together and approach all the institutions that we require to approach to ensure that the Senators are facilitated to perform their responsibilities for the counties.
