    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I know I have raised a lengthy question, but I need to remind the Senate Deputy Majority Leader that what Machakos County is asking is already in the Governor’s kitty. The money has already been put in Machakos Treasury; only that the Governor has been adamant in releasing the money to the County Assembly. So, the question of one or two weeks does not arise. We need a response as soon as possible, possibly by Tuesday."
