The next Order is Order No. 11, that is, the Motion – Controller of Budget Annual County Governments’ Budget Implementation Review Report for Financial Year 2016/2017 by the Senate Majority Leader. It is a very important matter because it affects counties and I would imagine each and every Senator may have a vested reason to contribute to this Motion. Noting that we do not have many Senators with us today, I hereby make a determination that the matter be deferred to next week Tuesday so that Senators can be afforded the opportunity to come and discuss the same. NOTING OF COB ANNUAL COUNTY GOVERNMENTS BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW REPORT FOR FY 2016/2017 THAT, the Senate notes the Controller of Budget Annual County Governments Budget Implementation Review Report for Financial Year 2016/2017, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 8th November, 2017."
