    "content": "You can hear honourable Wamalwa saying that it was taken into account and then they arrived at the decision that nobody from the opposite gender merited any of the positions. So it is up to their membership to deal with the issues, of course you are at liberty to comment on the issue because it was not a debate, it is just a communication that I delivered to the House which was also brought to me from the coalition. What is required of me is to notify the House that this is what I have received. Anybody feeling aggrieved can use their own party mechanisms to raise those issues if they so desire, and present a Motion seeking the House to express itself one way or the other. Certainly, it will not be in my purview to be policing the parties. This cuts across both sides of the divide. Hon. Wanyonyi, were you through with your contribution."
