    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. One thing that I want to bring out very clearly is the whole issue of the corrective value in the proposed amendment. Sometimes it really becomes unfortunate when some institutions or some individuals out there realise that there are certain mistakes that Parliament made, particularly when it comes to figures. I could remind the House that, for example, last year when the courts were calculating the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) money, we eventually lost Kshs10 billion just because in terms of their own ways of doing the mathematics of the sharable revenue they said The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
