    "content": "On a point of order. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I think this Motion is straight forward. I think the Mover made it very clear. It was just an error. Can I stand under Standing Order No.95 to end the debate so that you can be able to call the Mover to answer? It is a straight Order. We should not be offended. All we want is the money to be allocated to the counties."
