    "content": "Much obliged, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me take this opportunity to thank all the Members who have contributed to this important Motion. We know that many counties are crying out for revenue allocation from the national Government as stipulated in the Constitution. I think it is within our mandate to therefore pass this Bill so that counties may continue to work, do their projects in good time and businesses get more serious than it has been over the last couple months."
