You can see the difficulties we are having with the amendment by the Hon. Member for Kangema. So, in future that is what we should do. Since this is a Motion, even if you do not amend it now, you can target it when it is a Bill form and is in progress to propose amendments. In fact, at that point, you will do a far much better job."
