In seconding it, I find that the Motion as proposed, in the first place, does not have a flowing logic. When I googled, I found out that the number of ambulances in Nairobi is 68 and there are 354 in the whole country. It will not make sense to create a whole lane for 68 vehicles when it is not known whether they are serviceable or not."
