    "content": "I beg to move: THAT, the Motion be further amended in the eleventh line by inserting a comma and the words “Kenya Rural Roads Authority” immediately after the words “Kenya Urban Roads Authority”. This is having in mind that this will apply to all the three institutions that are in the national Government and are meant to design and construct roads in Kenya. If you omit Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA), it will imply that any road that will be made by KeRRA will be omitted from what was suggested in this Motion."
