    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Motion. First and foremost, I wish to congratulate His Excellency Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and his deputy for being sworn in for a second term. I pledge support to them. We will support them to deliver on their mandate. Coming back to the Motion, I wish to thank the Mover, Hon. Melly for coming up with such a good idea. The value of life and properties cannot be underscored by anyone. I happen to have been under a situation that was very troubling. One of my relatives was put in an ambulance and it left Runyenjes Constituency and took a very short time to Nairobi. But it took much time from the University Way to Kenyatta National Hospital.
