    "content": "Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First, I would like to thank my brother, Hon. Melly, for the good Motion he has brought before this House. I do not want to repeat what has been said. Having a service lane is very important. If you look at the number of cars on traffic, you cannot even change a tyre. I urge the respective counties that as they do that and as we have the service lane in place, we should also have public facilities such as toilets and shops. You just find people walking into the bush. We need to consider the people who will be undertaking emergencies. I am hoping that once we approve this Motion, Hon. Melly will make a follow up so that the Ministry concerned can push and have a budget for the same."
