"content": "These are the 22 constituencies that were left out when the House was dealing with the other many constituencies for approval. They need to be gazetted by the NG-CDF Board and the Cabinet Secretary, who will provide the way forward for the constituencies to receive their allocations in order to fulfil the mandate of those committees. On the same note, I have just spoken to the Office of the Attorney-General and I am sure that either today or tomorrow, the ones that we approved last time before we went on recess will be gazetted so that Members can now access the resources meant for their constituents. I am sure the Cabinet Secretary for Devolution and Planning who oversees the Board will make sure that this is done on Friday and next week, Henry Rotich, the current Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury can release those funds. This is just to approve those Committees. I will ask my colleague, the Chief Whip of the Majority Party, Hon. Washiali, to second."
