Speaker, I really urge and put my word that the matter you are told to address is a matter which is outside the role and function of the Speaker. As the Speaker, you can as well give unsolicited advice as a leader. You can give the advice to Hon. Savula on how to survive in the next five years under the ethnic capture of a political party.
